I’ve dabbled in the Whole Food Plant Based Life Style for quite some time but haven’t committed fully. This course was exactly what I needed to take myself to a new level of desire and accountability. This course takes so much amazing info and breaks it down into easy to understand sections. EVERY section is so motivating. What good is any info if we fail to apply it in our lives? This had the perfect balance of self reflection and goal setting for me to actually want to follow through. I really appreciated the course, and the way that it clearly broke down information. The information was very easy to follow, and I appreciated your effort to make everything feel accessible and as simple as possible. I felt the course tried (and succeeded) in being really accessible and welcoming to people who might be new to a healthier way of eating. I liked as well that you talked not only about food to avoid (which is something I find a lot of nutritional advice centers around, and can be a tricky mindset) but also on foods to go for. I definitely felt like your course promoted a very positive view of food in general, which again, is not something you always find in nutrition counseling.
